Evelyn Miskin
My name is Evelyn Miskin. I’ve been called many things other than my name, mainly Grandma for my love of baking and crocheting, but Evelyn is the one I was given at birth.
I’ve been coding since I was in 7th grade, and designing websites since I was a Sophomore. My mom and my older brother both do web design, too. Maybe one day, we’ll open a business together.
The two adorable dogs in the picture with me are Rex (Left) and Cody (Right). They’re named after Captain Rex and Commander Cody from the Star Wars: The Clone Wars tv show. We watched a lot of that when I was younger, and I guess you could call us all nerds.
I have two older brothers, Dallon (Top Left) and Carter (Top Right). Dallon is the older of the two. He’s going to be and engineer, so it’s safe to assume that because he looks smart, he actually is. Carter is the red-head web designer. He’s on his LDS mission in Honduras right now, but in about 80ish days, he’ll be coming home! My older sister Kayla (Bottom Right) is the oldest out of the four of us. I am indeed the youngest. My parents are in the middle. My mom teaches web design (What a coincidence!) at Madison High School in Rexburg, Idaho. My dad works at our Fire Department here. He oversees the ambulance part of the department.
My hobbies include, though are not limited to, singing, reading, drawing, and playing insane amounts of MarioKart with my family.
I grew up in the small (Though, not so much anymore) town of Rexburg, Idaho. I’m currently a Junior in High School, though that’s almost over. I’m still not entirely sure how I feel about being a senior or graduating next year. It still seems so far away.
I’m also not sure what I want to do after I graduate. It’s a good thing that I don’t have to have my whole life planned out tomorrow.
In addition to Web Design, I also edit videos, and I dabble in Graphic Design.
